Impacts of habitat disturbance on population health of Bornean frogs

Title: Impacts of habitat disturbance on population health of Bornean frogs
Authors: Noble, C
Item Type: Dataset
Abstract: The raw data required for estimates of size, body condition and fluctuating asymmetry of riparian anurans across a series of streams within the SAFE landscape, providing insight into the population health of frog populations at these sites. Streams were selected to provide a habitat disturbance gradient enabling identification of any effect of habitat disturbance on the population health indices. Stream characteristics were measured to provide estimates of habitat disturbance sorrounding the streams (canopy cover) and enable the impact of any potentially confounding variables (stream width and slope) to be eliminated.
