Abstract: Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) have many biomedical applications. Their size is a crucial parameter, as it affects cellular uptake. Here, we investigate how the formation of AuNPs is affected by the composition and architecture (AB, BAB and ABA) of the copolymers, which were used as templates for the fabrication of AuNPs.
