Abstract: Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) could potentially have a broader transformational effect than mere blockchain because they challenge the traditional notions of ownership and is, therefore, a more fundamental challenge to our established economic and social structures. This paper provides a systematic review of the NFT literature outlining the research opportunities for NFTs.
