Abstract: Experiments for determination of species of field-collected lab-rared mosquitoes using near-infrared spectroscopy (A1T1) This dataset contains near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) measurements on mosquitoes of different species (Anopheles arabiensis, Anopheles coluzzii, Anopheles gambiae) collected from different locations in Burkina Faso (Dioulassoba, Klesso, Longo) at larval stage, and reared in the lab together with colony mosquitoes of the same species.
