Abstract: | This dataset contains the model outputs from predictive statistical models of forest structure across the SAFE Landscape based on RapidEye satellite imagery. Three variables were predicted (Above ground biomass (AGB), Forest Cover (FCO) and Leaf Area Index (LAI)) and there are two different models for each variable. The outputs are provided as zipfiles of predictions for each model variant. Each zipfile contains GeoTiff files for 16 RapidEye panes covering the landscape. For each pane, files provide the mean prediction and then high and low confidence intervals. A model summary and validation plots are also provided. All GeoTIFF files are provided as 25 by 25 m resolution in UTM 50N / WGS 84 projection.
