Abstract
Based on a dataset acquired by the

experiment running on and near the
Υ

) resonance
from 1999-2002, an upper limit is set on the rate of
D

mixing using the decay mode

, followed by a semi-leptonic decay of the

. Results are compared to previous

AR
analysis using hadronic decays. We also set limits on the flav
or-changing neutral current decays
