Abstract
People with personality disorder typically receive mental health services and treatments in times of individual crisis. Evidence for the effectiveness of pharmaceutical treatments for people with personality disorder is absent, 1 while long-term psychological interventions including dialectical behaviour therapy and mentalisation-based therapy have a growing evidence base for effectiveness. 2 Accessibility of these therapies is, however, hindered by their complexity, multi modal delivery, and associated intervention costs.
