This version derives from the version used by Fabio Gennaretti et al. in "Ecophysiological modeling of photosynthesis and carbon allocation to the tree stem in the boreal forest" (Biogeosciences, 2017), https://doi.org/10.5194/bg-14-4851-2017
The changes from the previous version include the snow module and soil temperature module created by Ignacio Hermoso de Mendoza, and the revised photosynthetic module by Alienor Lavergne. These changes were supervised by Fabio Gennaretti and Etienne Boucher.
