Abstract
Time of arrival (TOA) serves as a widely utilised metric for pinpointing impact locations on composite aircraft structures. Nevertheless, the effectiveness and reliability of existing TOA extraction methods across diverse impact scenarios remains unclear. This study aims to comprehensively assess the effectiveness of established TOA extraction methods for impacts on composite structures, employing both analytical and experimental approaches.
